dcmtk-www software package provides OFFIS DICOM toolkit worklist www server application, you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dcmtk-www
dcmtk-www is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dcmtk-www package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dcmtk-www *
You will get with dcmtk-www package name, version, architecture and description in a table
